The Gold Ticket package lets you recreate a Katz's carving station at home, and host an epic party! This exclusive package marks the first time our carving boards and knives are made available directly to the public.
About the board:
Carving boards are custom-cut from our maple counters at our deli and are branded with our iconic storefront logo. No two boards are exactly alike, but all will include varying degrees of knife & prong marks from prior active use at the deli. All boards are approximately 24" x 16" and are refurbished for in-home use.
About the knife:
The exact model preferred by our veteran carvers behind our counters - a 12" stainless steel carving knife by Capco. Includes knife sharpener. This knife is typically used for over 6 months by a single cutter, enough to slice up over 10,000 lbs of meat!
About the food(!):
Get ready for a New York feast - this package includes 12 Legend Pastrami (approx. 70 lbs), plus 15 lbs of Corned Beef, 10 lbs of Brisket, and all the premium fixings for any style sandwich your heart desires (see full list below). Our Gold package serves a party of 125 guests comfortably.
